Quality guarantee

Nubbe guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects for 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Defects in materials or finishes attributable to the manufacturing process.
  • Parts that show premature deterioration not caused by incorrect use.

What does the warranty NOT cover?

  • Damage from misuse, impacts, or conditions inappropriate for the recommended age.
  • Natural wear from normal use.
  • Unauthorized modifications to the product.

Warranty process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the defect.
  2. Nubbe evaluates the case within 48 business hours.
  3. If the defect is covered, we agree on the delivery point for the piece.
  4. Nubbe performs the repair in approximately 7 business days.
  5. If repair is not possible, Nubbe replaces the piece at no cost.

Monetary refunds do not apply except in cases of total delivery failure. This process applies only to purchases made directly at nubbecr.com.
